Our nurseries were established in 1984, to accommodate the growing number of mothers wishing to follow careers.
Our nursery accommodation, staffing facilities, activities and hours are all designed to meet this requirement.

Education
Education and development are key components in our culture. We are totally focused upon building an environment where learning is a way of life. We always have time for questions and we delight in any step forward however small. We love to be teachers and we are highly motivated to create ideas for new learning opportunities for the children and ourselves. We understand that creativity is vitally important to making sure that our learning or developmental opportunity or goal, however small and we revel in and celebrate successes. Self-confidence and self-improvement is key to successful education and we take responsibility for our own learning and encourage that responsibility in others.
Excellence
The pursuit of excellence is an important and exciting part of our culture. We are encouraged, and we encourage others to think of new ideas to improve the experience of our nursery children and their families. Striving to be excellent is highly motivating and it keeps out culture fresh and alive every day. We work on the basis that no idea is a bad idea and all ideas are welcome. We particularly welcome ideas from parents and friends and often ask them for feedback and their thoughts. We understand that excellence takes effort and when we see someone doing a good job we always take the time to praise him or her and encourage them. Noticing excellence and celebrating it is part of our culture.
