The people to whom you are entrusting your children are very aware of the responsibility they are undertaking.
Our staff are qualified infant teachers, nursery nurses, nurses or older persons with a wealth of childcare experience. We also employ younger staff who are training for national qualifications. They are intelligent, caring people who know how to relate to children and love the commitment of working with them.
Staff-to-child ratios are designed to ensure that every child receives an excellent measure of individual attention.
We maintain a good balance of full-time and part-time, younger and older staff. This makes it possible to limit the number of hours each member of staff spends continuously with the children, which ensures no waning in their energy and enthusiasm.
